Belgian Grand Prix: Antonelli Claims His Sixth Race
Italian Kimi Antonelli strengthened his lead in the overall standings after achieving his sixth win of the season, at the Belgian Grand Prix, the tenth round of the Formula One World Championship, benefiting from the early exit of his Mercedes teammate, Briton George Russell, from the first lap.
The 19-year-old finished ahead of Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc from Monaco and Dutchman Max Verstappen, the Red Bull driver and four-time world champion, and became the first Italian to win the Belgian Grand Prix since Michele Alboreto in 1984.
