Chelsea continues its policy of attracting young players from various European leagues, as part of a long-term strategy aimed at strengthening the first team and academy squads with promising talents.

Fabrizio Romano, a European transfer and coaching expert, reported that Chelsea's management has reached a final agreement with Scottish club Heart of Midlothian to sign the talented young defender Alfie Osborne, aged 17.

According to Romano on his official X page, the Scotland U19 international defender accepted the offer from the Blues, successfully completed all required medical tests, and then signed a long-term contract with the London club.

Osborne chose to join Chelsea, ignoring several offers from other European clubs that were closely monitoring his progress, a step reflecting the player's confidence in the English club's project for developing young talents.
