Jürgen Klopp will have much to think about after taking over as coach of the German national football team, but he already knows he will not wear a tie while on the sidelines.

While his predecessor, Julian Nagelsmann, made headlines for his fashion choices, Klopp was asked during his official presentation on Friday what he would wear on the bench when leading the German national team in matches.

Klopp smiled and said: 'I will definitely not wear a suit with a tie; we'll see what happens later. Wearing a tracksuit is also unlikely; it's been a long time since I last wore one.'

Klopp was accustomed to wearing training gear at his previous clubs (Mainz, Borussia Dortmund, and Liverpool) before taking a two-year break from coaching to recharge.

Klopp currently works as the head of global football for the Red Bull energy drink company's network of clubs worldwide, and his clothing has changed accordingly, becoming more elegant and modern.

Klopp stated: 'I had the opportunity over the past two years to choose my clothes anew for my new life. I feel this suits the upcoming task better than before.'

One of the highlights of what Klopp revealed in his press conference was his driving his car to the federation headquarters in Frankfurt, which he said he would do regularly.

Klopp asked his superiors on the podium whether he would get a special parking spot,

When they nodded, he smiled and said: 'I'll get a parking spot.'
