أقيمت في الرياض منافسات بطولة رابطة المقاتلين المحترفين لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (PFL MENA)، وسط حضور جماهيري لافت، وشهدت تألق المقاتلين السعوديين وتحقيقهم 3 انتصارات، إلى جانب اكتمال قائمة المتأهلين إلى الدور نصف النهائي، الذي تستضيفه الرياض في الثاني من أكتوبر القادم.

وتصدرت السعودية هتان السيف الحدث الرئيسي، بعد فوزها بالضربة الفنية القاضية على الجزائرية دانية أوحاشي في الجولة الثانية، لتسجل بداية ناجحة في أول ظهور لها على الساحة الاحترافية، وسط تفاعل جماهيري كبير.

وواصل السعودي مالك باسهل عروضه القوية، وحافظ على سجله الخالي من الهزائم، بعد تغلبه بقرار الحكام بالإجماع على المغربي عماد العزامي، فيما حقق السعودي سعود الملحم الفوز بالطريقة ذاتها على المصري عبدالحليم الهوفي، في أول مشاركة له تحت مظلة الرابطة.

وفي النزال الرئيسي المشترك، تأهل الأردني حازم الكيالي إلى نصف نهائي وزن الويلتر، بعد فوزه بقرار الحكام بالإجماع على اللبناني حسن شعبان، لينضم إلى المغربي بدرالدين دياني، والجزائري عبدالكريم زواد، والفلسطيني عمر حسين.

وتأهل الجزائري إلياس بودغزام والسوري شادي قباني إلى نصف نهائي وزن الريشة، فيما أنهى الجزائري ريان عثماني نزاله أمام المصري إسلام مصطفى بالضربة القاضية في الجولة الأولى، لتكتمل بذلك قائمة المتأهلين إلى الدور نصف النهائي.

وأكدت هتان السيف أن الفوز في أول نزال احترافي يمثل بداية مهمة في مسيرتها، مشيرةً إلى أن تحقيق الانتصار بالضربة القاضية منحها دافعًا لمواصلة العمل والتطور وتقديم مستويات أفضل في الاستحقاقات القادمة.

من جانبه، أوضح مالك باسهل أن هدفه يتمثل في تطوير مستواه من نزال إلى آخر، مثمنًا الدعم الجماهيري الذي أسهم في تحفيزه لتحقيق الفوز.

بدوره، أشار سعود الملحم إلى أن تحقيق أول انتصار له أمام جماهير الرياض يمثل لحظة يعتز بها، مؤكدًا أن تمثيل المملكة مسؤولية تدفعه إلى مواصلة التطور وتقديم أفضل مستوياته في مشاركاته القادمة.

The PFL MENA (Professional Fighters League Middle East and North Africa) championship competitions were held in Riyadh, with a remarkable audience presence. Saudi fighters shone, achieving 3 victories, alongside the completion of the list of qualifiers for the semi-finals, which will be hosted in Riyadh on October 2nd.

Saudi fighter Hattan Al-Sayef headlined the main event, winning by technical knockout against Algerian Danya Ouahashi in the second round, marking a successful start in her professional debut, amidst significant audience interaction.

Saudi Malik Basahl continued his strong performances, maintaining his undefeated record after winning by unanimous decision against Moroccan Imad Al-Azzami, while Saudi Saud Al-Mulhim achieved victory in the same manner against Egyptian Abdelhalim Al-Hawfi, in his first participation under the league's umbrella.

In the co-main event, Jordanian Hazem Al-Kayali advanced to the welterweight semi-finals after winning by unanimous decision against Lebanese Hassan Shaaban, joining Moroccan Badr El-Din Diyani, Algerian Abdelkarim Zouad, and Palestinian Omar Hussein.

Algerian Ilyas Boudeghzam and Syrian Shadi Qabani qualified for the featherweight semi-finals, while Algerian Ryan Othmani finished his bout against Egyptian Islam Mustafa with a knockout in the first round, thus completing the list of qualifiers for the semi-finals.

Hattan Al-Sayef confirmed that winning her first professional bout represents an important beginning in her career, noting that achieving victory by knockout has motivated her to continue working, developing, and delivering better performances in upcoming challenges.

For his part, Malik Basahl stated that his goal is to improve his level from fight to fight, appreciating the audience's support that contributed to motivating him to achieve victory.

Meanwhile, Saud Al-Mulhim pointed out that achieving his first victory in front of the Riyadh audience is a moment he cherishes, affirming that representing the Kingdom is a responsibility that drives him to continue developing and delivering his best performances in future participations.
