Saudi Archery Federation: 32 archers to Doha camp
The Saudi Archery Federation announced Thursday the list of the summer preparatory camp, scheduled to be held in Doha, the Qatari capital, from July 26 to August 8, with 32 archers (18 in Olympic recurve and 14 in compound). According to the Federation's account on platform X, this is the largest camp in its history in terms of number of participating archers, and it comes within the preparation program for upcoming sports events. The Olympic recurve list included Mansour Alawi, Abdul Rahman Al-Moumsi, Abdullah bin Saloum, Rashid Al-Subaie, Hatem Al-Manie, Adi Al-Manie, Al-Baraa Al-Jamaz, Ali Al-Wahibi, Abdullah Al-Jaber, Nawaf Al-Batti, Ahmed Banajah, Lina Al-Munajim, Shaden Al-Marshoud, Aya Flemban, Hissa Al-Sari, Safana Al-Ahmadi, and Fatima Haboubi. The compound list included Bilal Al-Owadhi, Asaad Abed, Abdullah Al-Manahli, Abdul Rahman Al-Mahri, Mishari Al-Numair, Abdullah Al-Abdullatif, Abdul Aziz Al-Fahid, Mohammed Al-Hamli, Sarah Al-Janbi, Shahrzad Tahir, Haifa Al-Khunaizi, Raghd Kaabi, Sarah bin Saloum, and Majd Al-Ahmad. On the other hand, on Thursday, the preparatory camp for the Paralympic team started in Medina, lasting two days, led by Robert Trainer, technical director, and coach Majdi Al-Subhi, and comes within the technical program aimed at developing performance and raising readiness.
