Al-Qadsiah Club has entered the race to sign Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat, after submitting an official offer worth 20 million euros to secure the services of the Fenerbahçe midfielder during the current summer transfer window.

According to Turkish newspaper Fanatik, Al-Ittihad's management is also preparing to enter the competition, by preparing a similar offer in an attempt to snatch the deal and strengthen the midfield ahead of the new season.

Amrabat is considered one of the most prominent defensive midfielders in recent years, after shining with the Moroccan national team in the 2022 World Cup, and previously represented Fiorentina and Manchester United on loan, before moving to Fenerbahçe. If the reports are true, the deal may witness strong competition between the two clubs in the coming days, as each seeks to strengthen their squad with a player who has extensive European and international experience.
