Portuguese winger Francisco Trincão will join Al-Ahli's first football team camp next Thursday in Portugal, ahead of starting training with the team, according to sources. The sources indicated that Trincão's arrival at the camp will coincide with the Al-Ahli delegation's move to Portugal, where the team will conclude the first phase of its preseason program in Austria before starting the second phase next Thursday. The Portuguese player is expected to begin training immediately upon arrival, as part of Al-Ahli's preparations for the new season, after completing the official procedures related to his transfer. On Monday evening, the "Al-Riyadiya Breaking" account on X platform reported that Trincão passed the medical examination in his country, ahead of signing a contract with Al-Ahli extending until 2030. Quoting sources, the account noted that the deal was concluded for $40 million to the Portuguese club. The Jeddah-based club's management had finalized an agreement with Sporting Lisbon to buy Trincão's contract, as part of its moves to strengthen the team's attacking options before the start of the new sports season.
