Urgent: Al Hilal Announces Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal's Sponsorship of Samerfield Deal

The Board of Directors of Al Hilal Club Company, chaired by His Highness Prince Nawaf bin Saad, completed the procedures for signing the transfer contract of Dutch midfielder "Crescensio Samerfield" from the English club "West Ham United", to represent the Al Hilal first football team under the contract for four years. The signing ceremony took place this evening, Friday, at the team's camp currently held in Austria.
The Board of Directors of Al Hilal Club Company thanked His Royal Highness Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal for sponsoring the full value of the transfer deal of "Samerfield", as an extension of his generous support and initiatives in all fields, and his continuous contributions to supporting Al Hilal's journey, enhancing its status, and establishing its leadership at all levels.

Samerfield, aged 24, is one of the most prominent attacking midfielders in the English league and the European continent. He has represented several clubs, most notably "Dutch Feyenoord, English Leeds United", in addition to "English West Ham". Samerfield progressed at the international level with national teams of all categories, representing the Netherlands teams (U16, U17, U18, U19, and U21), in addition to representing the senior team, with his last international participation being in the 2026 World Cup, which concluded recently in the United States; where he scored two goals for his country in the tournament. Samerfield joined the team's camp currently held in "Austria" in preparation for the new sports season.
