Neom Club continued to strengthen its squad in preparation for the season in the Saudi Roshn League, after officially announcing the signing of French defender Malang Sarr during the current summer transfer window, on a free transfer.

Sarr arrives at Neom after a professional career at a number of top European clubs, having started his journey with Nice in France, before moving to Chelsea in England, and also had spells at Porto in Portugal and Monaco in France, gaining extensive experience in the English and French leagues, as well as the Portuguese league.

The signing of the French defender comes as part of Neom's management plan to reinforce the team with elements possessing experience and quality, with the aim of preparing a squad capable of competing strongly in the club's first appearance among the Roshn League teams.
