AC Milan is looking to strengthen its ranks with an Algerian deal during the current summer transfer window.

Transfer market expert Nicolò Schira mentioned, via his account on X, that Algerian player Rafik Belghali is currently linked with a move to Milan.

Schira said, "Algerian full-back Rafik Belghali was offered to AC Milan this week, through an intermediary."

He added, "Hellas Verona is asking for an amount between 13 and 15 million euros to agree to sell the right-back during the summer transfer window."

Rafik Belghali is 24 years old and is under contract with Hellas Verona until the summer of 2029.

Belghali participated in all matches of his national team, Algeria, in the 2026 World Cup, noting that the Desert Warriors were eliminated in the round of 32 by Switzerland.

Over 4 matches in the 2026 World Cup, Belghali scored a single goal, which was in the match against Austria, but he failed to provide any assists.
