Huawei announced the MatePad Air 2026 with an ultra-thin and lightweight design, along with a set of features aimed at enhancing productivity and delivering strong performance for various daily tasks.

The device comes in three calm colors: Sakura Pink, Airy Blue, and White, and features a highly durable frame with a prominent rear camera designed as a strip in a color that matches the device body.

The front screen is surrounded by thin black bezels of 4.6 mm thickness and a small front lens.

The new tablet features a 12-inch OLED PaperMatte display with a resolution of 2800 × 1840 pixels, brightness of up to 1200 nits, and 92% P3 color gamut coverage of the device area.
