The Royal Commission for AlUla has launched "AlUla App," a unified digital platform serving as a digital bridge that brings together services and information in one gateway, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the services ecosystem and improve the quality of life for the province's residents, inhabitants, and visitors.
The app allows users to access a wide range of digital services through a unified and easy-to-use experience, including submitting and sharing data requests, as well as a dedicated platform for reporting violations, in a comprehensive service integration within a single platform.
The app's launch falls within the Commission's strategy aimed at enhancing direct communication with beneficiaries through automated digital channels, contributing to improved response efficiency and achieving an integrated living environment that combines the authenticity of the place with the modernity of services.
The "AlUla App" also supports the goals of transitioning towards smart cities, by automating processes and providing innovative technical solutions that contribute to improving the quality of basic services, enhancing transparency, and raising operational efficiency, thus strengthening the province's position in global smart city indicators.
The app introduces the concept of a "comprehensive app," allowing access to tourist information, events, investment opportunities, and the latest development projects, such as the "Journey Through Time" master plan, within a single digital interface that facilitates the visitor's journey and increases their satisfaction.
The Royal Commission for AlUla affirmed that launching the app represents a qualitative step towards cementing AlUla's position as a leading global tourist destination, by providing an integrated digital experience that meets the aspirations of both residents and visitors alike.
