His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Madinah Region, received at his office in the Emirate the Director of the National Center of Meteorology's branch in the region, Abdullah Abu Hailah.

During the meeting, His Highness reviewed the report on the operational plan of the meteorological system for the Hajj season 1447 AH, which included the branch's efforts in supporting relevant authorities by providing weather information and forecasts around the clock, contributing to enhancing the readiness of field operations.

His Highness also listened to an explanation about the branch's operations and its observatories, and their role in weather monitoring, issuing forecasts and early warnings, to support the safety of lives and property and enhance the efficiency of service and development sectors. For his part, the Director of the National Center of Meteorology's branch in the region expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Deputy Governor of Madinah Region for the attention and support the center receives, affirming that this contributes to developing meteorological services and raising the readiness of the system to serve the region, its residents, and visitors.
