Oman summoned the Iranian ambassador on Sunday following an attack on its territory, delivering a formal protest accusing Tehran of targeting its territory, according to the Oman News Agency.
The agency said a Foreign Ministry official handed the ambassador the protest note conveying 'Oman's displeasure at these irresponsible acts, calling for the need to adhere to the principles of sovereignty of states, good neighborliness, non-interference in internal affairs, and respect for the norms and moral values that bind the two neighboring countries and peoples.'
