Pakistani officials said there are growing divisions within the Iranian leadership. According to Al Arabiya posted on its X account, Reuters quoted Pakistani officials as saying: We are closely monitoring the increase in divisions within the Iranian leadership. They added: The goals of Pezeshkian, Qalibaf, and Araghchi differ from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
Strikes around Qeshm Island
Iranian news agencies reported on Thursday that the United States launched strikes around Qeshm Island, near the Strait of Hormuz, amid renewed warfare between Washington and Tehran.
Fars News Agency quoted local authorities saying an American missile strike occurred around Qeshm Island, while Tasnim reported that locations around Qeshm were bombarded with American projectiles.
