The death toll from the two earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24 has risen to 4,118.

President of the National Assembly of Venezuela, Jorge Rodríguez, explained that the number of injured reached 16,740 people, noting that the number of participants in relief efforts reached 30,076 emergency service personnel, 29,344 volunteers, and 3,931 foreign rescue workers.
