The President of the African-Asian Media Union issued a decision appointing Dr. Mahdi Abu Fetim as Vice President of the Union for Asian Affairs.

This decision comes in accordance with the Union's statute and to enhance the Union's role in media work in the continent of Asia and activate its position in various Asian countries. The President of the Union also granted all necessary powers to directly undertake his tasks according to the Union's regulations and work towards achieving its goals and expanding its media and developmental activities.

It is worth noting that colleague Dr. Mahdi Abu Fetim is one of the Saudi media competencies and has media experience spanning about 40 years in media work.
