Hundreds of protesters participate

Hundreds of people demonstrated in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, on Saturday, protesting Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, violations of the ceasefire agreement, and continued restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid into the enclave.
The demonstrators gathered at Odenplan Square, called by several civil society organizations, waving Palestinian flags amid anti-Israel chants, demanding the lifting of the siege on Gaza and allowing humanitarian aid to enter without restrictions.
Dror Feiler, head of the 'Jews for a Just Peace' organization and a Swedish activist of Jewish origin, said that participants came out in defense of Palestinian rights, justice, and equality.

Feiler told Anadolu that they are calling for a 'just peace,' not just a cessation of hostilities.
He added: 'Peace that is not based on justice is not real peace; it paves the way for another war.'
Feiler accused the international community of turning a blind eye to the violations committed in Gaza.

He added that the past three years have seen 'genocide and ethnic cleansing in the West Bank, destruction of Gaza, and killing of children, civilians, and the elderly.'
Feiler criticized the 'decline in commitment to international law and the laws of war' established after World War II (1939-1945).
He stated that major powers apply the rules according to their interests.
The Jewish activist noted that protests in Stockholm have been ongoing for nearly three years, stressing that participants will not back down despite being accused of anti-Semitism.
He added: 'We have no problem with Jews or with any religion or ethnicity; we oppose oppression regardless of who commits it. Criticizing the Israeli government or Zionist ideology does not constitute anti-Semitism.'
