Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, made a phone call to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, George Gerapetritis.

During the call, they reviewed bilateral relations, discussed developments in the region, emphasized the importance of security and freedom of navigation in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea, and rejected any actions or practices that threaten their safety.

Discussed efforts to de-escalate

The Foreign Minister discussed in two phone calls he received from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan, Ayman Safadi, regional developments.

Also discussed were efforts to de-escalate and ensure freedom of maritime navigation in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea, in addition to coordination and consultation on diplomatic endeavors aimed at enhancing security and stability in the region.
