The death toll from the Israeli occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has risen to 73,305 martyrs, while the number of injured reached 173,918.

The health authorities in the Gaza Strip stated in a statement today that the sector's hospitals received 12 martyrs in the past 24 hours, including one martyr who succumbed to wounds sustained earlier, in addition to 12 injured.

It added that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip came into effect on October 11 has risen to 1,180 martyrs, while the number of injured reached 3,810, in addition to the recovery of 802 bodies.

It pointed out that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to field conditions and ongoing shelling.

The ceasefire agreement came into effect on the eleventh of last October, but the Israeli occupation forces continue to violate it by launching airstrikes, artillery shelling, and intensive gunfire on various areas of the Gaza Strip.
