Two Palestinians were killed and others were wounded on Wednesday as a result of Israeli fire and shelling targeting areas in the southern, central, and northern Gaza Strip, while another Palestinian died from wounds sustained in a previous Israeli bombardment.

This comes amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect in the Strip since October 10, 2025.

In the latest attacks, a Palestinian was killed and others were wounded in a strike by an Israeli drone targeting a tent sheltering displaced persons west of the Nuseirat camp in central Gaza Strip.

A medical source at Al-Awda Hospital reported the arrival of the body of young man Saeb Abu Mualla (28 years old) along with a number of wounded, following a raid by an Israeli drone on a tent sheltering displaced persons in the vicinity of Tabbat al-Nuwayri, northwest of Nuseirat camp.

A young man was moderately wounded when an Israeli drone dropped a bomb on a gathering of civilians east of the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Strip, according to a medical source for Anadolu.

Earlier on Wednesday, a medical source at Nasser Hospital reported the arrival of the body of Mufid Abdel Hamid Abu al-Einen (59 years old) along with a number of wounded, following Israeli army fire in the Bir 19 area of the Mawasi district of Khan Younis in the southern Strip.

Local sources and eyewitnesses told Anadolu that the Israeli army heavily fired on displaced persons' tents in the area, resulting in the killing of Abu al-Einen after he was shot inside his tent, and wounding several other displaced persons who were transferred to the hospital for treatment.

In Rafah city in the southern Strip, a Palestinian was wounded by shrapnel from an Israeli tank shell near the Muawiyah Mosque in the city's Mawasi area, according to local sources.

In the northern Strip, a young man was seriously wounded in a strike by an Israeli drone targeting him in the al-Faluja neighborhood west of Jabalia camp, according to the same sources.

In a related context, a medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City announced the death of young man Abdullah Ahmed Hassan (34 years old) from serious wounds sustained in a previous Israeli bombardment.

Meanwhile, local sources and eyewitnesses told Anadolu's correspondent that Israeli military vehicles, including a bulldozer, penetrated about 150 meters near Dawar al-Dawla roundabout, southeast of the al-Zaytun neighborhood in Gaza City, at dawn on Wednesday.

The witnesses added that the incursion coincided with heavy fire and artillery shelling, while the vehicles carried out bulldozing operations in the area.

They indicated hearing loud explosions throughout the night as a result of continuous Israeli artillery shelling.

Identical sources told Anadolu that the Israeli army expanded its areas of control in the region, after removing the concrete blocks that define the so-called 'Yellow Line' westward, reaching the vicinity of Dawar al-Dawla roundabout on Salah al-Din Street.

The area has witnessed repeated Israeli incursions for days, accompanied by artillery shelling and gunfire, resulting in the killing and wounding of a number of Palestinians.

The Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement have resulted, as of Wednesday, in the killing of 1,180 Palestinians and the wounding of 3,810 others, according to data from the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip.

The ceasefire agreement was reached to stop the genocide that Israel has been committing in the Strip since October 8, 2023, which left more than 73,000 dead and over 173,000 wounded, in addition to widespread destruction affecting about 90 percent of civilian infrastructure.
