Nine Palestinians were injured on Monday in an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle in central Gaza City, part of the daily violations of the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 10, 2025.

A medical source told Anadolu that nine Palestinians were injured in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a civilian vehicle near the Ghofri intersection in central Gaza City.

The source noted that two of the injured are in critical condition.

Palestinians describe the ceasefire agreement, in effect in the Strip since October 2025, as an "illusion" amid the continuation of Israeli military operations, including shelling, incursions, and the continued closure of crossings, except for allowing limited amounts of aid, which has worsened the humanitarian crisis in the Strip.

Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement since it took effect have resulted in the deaths of 1,158 Palestinians and injuries to 3,756 others, according to data from the Health Ministry in the Strip.

The agreement was reached after two years of a genocidal war launched by Israel on October 8, 2023, with U.S. support, which later continued in various forms, leaving more than 73,000 dead and over 173,000 wounded, as well as massive destruction affecting 90 percent of civilian infrastructure.
