Omani Pilgrims' Satisfaction Rises to 98% in 1447 AH Season

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs and Head of the Omani Hajj Mission for the year 1447 AH announced that the overall satisfaction rate for the Hajj season reached 98%, compared to 96.6% last season, based on evaluations from 4,329 pilgrims for services and 7,175 pilgrims for company performance, with near-complete satisfaction rates for electronic registration and entry/exit points.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs and Head of the Omani Hajj Mission for the year 1447 AH confirmed that the overall satisfaction rate for the Hajj season reached 98%, compared to 96.6% last season, recording a notable increase in the level of services provided to pilgrims.

The mission head explained in a press conference, quoting the Oman News Agency, that 4,329 male and female pilgrims participated in service evaluation processes, while the number of participants in company performance evaluation reached 7,175 male and female pilgrims.

The results of opinion polls revealed a tangible increase in satisfaction levels across various axes; electronic registration services recorded the highest satisfaction rate at 99.9%, followed by entry and exit services via land and air ports at 99.4%, while the satisfaction rate for services provided in the Arafat camp reached 97.9%, and in the Mina camp 96.2%.
