His Excellency President Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan received today in Dushanbe, the capital, His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh, during his official visit to Tajikistan at the head of a delegation from the Council.

At the beginning of the reception, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Al Sheikh conveyed the greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God preserve them - to His Excellency, and their wishes for the government and people of Tajikistan for continued progress and prosperity. His Excellency, in turn, conveyed his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince, and his wishes for the government and people of the Kingdom for further progress and prosperity.

During the reception, bilateral relations between the two countries were reviewed, along with discussing the latest developments on the international scene.
