The Ukrainian president added: 'Agreements reached by the leaders of countries must be implemented more quickly and in full,' noting that this applies to cooperation with the United States regarding a license to produce Patriot air defense systems. In a separate development, Russia launched a missile and drone attack on Ukraine,

earlier in the day, which killed six and injured dozens, while Kyiv awaits air defense ammunition supplies after shortages undermined its ability to counter Russian attacks.
