"Real Estate Authority" announces the Real Estate Mediation Levels Path and the Diploma of Real Estate Systems and Legislation

The General Authority for Real Estate, during the work of the Third Real Estate Mediation Forum, announced the launch of the Real Estate Mediation Levels Path, as the updated qualifying path linked to issuing real estate mediation licenses, provided by the Saudi Real Estate Institute; aiming to raise the efficiency of real estate mediators, improve the quality of services provided to clients, and build a professional qualification journey that keeps pace with market developments and practice requirements.

The official spokesperson for the Authority, Taysir Al-Mufarrij, explained that passing the foundational level will be a requirement for issuing or renewing the "Fal" license for real estate mediation and marketing, thereby enhancing the practitioner's readiness and raising their professional efficiency.

He pointed out that the foundational level includes a set of training programs provided remotely, with the possibility of enrolling independently and in a flexible order, and the trainee receives an independent certificate for each program valid for one year from the date of issue.

He explained that completing the training programs is followed by a comprehensive in-person exam conducted in test centers affiliated with the National Center for Assessment; to verify the trainee's readiness to practice real estate activity and measure their knowledge of regulatory knowledge and professional skills according to a unified standard.

He pointed out that the Authority, in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration, launched the Diploma of Real Estate Systems and Legislation; aiming to prepare specialized competencies in the regulatory and legislative aspects related to the real estate sector, and enhance professional knowledge of the systems, contracts, and obligations regulating real estate activities.

The official spokesperson for the Real Estate Authority affirmed that the diploma is offered as an optional specialized path independent of the qualification requirements for obtaining the "Fal" license for real estate mediation and marketing, and is not included in the conditions for issuing or renewing the license, noting that the Real Estate Mediation Levels Path and the Diploma of Real Estate Systems and Legislation come within efforts to develop professional capabilities in the sector, raise the efficiency of practitioners, and enable them to provide higher quality and more efficient services, preserving the rights of parties involved in transactions and enhancing the beneficiary experience in the real estate market.
