The General Authority for Real Estate announced, during the activities of the third Real Estate Brokerage Forum, the launch of the Real Estate Brokerage Levels Track, as the updated qualification track linked to issuing real estate brokerage licenses, offered by the Saudi Real Estate Institute, with the aim of raising the efficiency of real estate brokers, improving the quality of services provided to clients, and building a professional qualification journey that keeps pace with market development and practice requirements.

The official spokesman for the Authority, Taysir Al-Mufrij, explained that passing the foundational level will be a requirement for issuing a 'Fal' license for real estate brokerage and marketing for the first time or renewing it, thereby enhancing the practitioner's readiness and raising their professional efficiency.

He indicated that the foundational level includes a set of training programs offered remotely, with the opportunity to enroll independently and in a flexible arrangement, and the trainee receives an independent certificate for each program that is valid for one year from its issuance date.

He explained that completing the training programs is followed by a comprehensive in-person exam conducted at testing centers affiliated with the National Center for Assessment, to verify the trainee's readiness to practice real estate activity, and to measure their knowledge of regulatory knowledge and professional skills according to a unified standard.

He also noted that the Authority, in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration, launched the Real Estate Systems and Legislation Diploma, with the aim of preparing specialized competencies in the regulatory and legislative aspects related to the real estate sector, and enhancing professional knowledge of the systems, contracts, and obligations governing real estate activities.

The official spokesman for the Real Estate Authority affirmed that the diploma is offered as an optional specialized track independent of the qualification requirements for obtaining or renewing the 'Fal' license for real estate brokerage and marketing, and is not part of the license issuance or renewal conditions. He noted that the Real Estate Brokerage Levels Track and the Real Estate Systems and Legislation Diploma come within the efforts to develop professional capabilities in the sector, raise the efficiency of practitioners, and enable them to provide higher quality and more efficient services, thereby preserving the rights of the parties involved and elevating the beneficiary experience in the real estate market.
