Flynas Expects Delivery of 25 Additional Airbus Aircraft During 2033-2034

Flynas said it expects delivery of additional aircraft under its existing agreements with Airbus totaling 25 aircraft during 2033-2034. The company added in a statement on Tadawul that exercising options and purchase rights reflects the company's confidence in its long-term growth strategy and commitment to expanding and modernizing its fleet in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Aviation Strategy. It stated that the financial impact of exercising these options and purchase rights will be reflected in the company's financial statements upon delivery of the aircraft, according to the agreed delivery schedule, and the company will disclose any other material developments in due course. According to Argaam data, Flynas announced yesterday the confirmation of purchasing 5 wide-body A330neo aircraft and 20 A321neo aircraft under its existing agreements with Airbus, bringing the number of confirmed aircraft with Airbus to 235 out of a total of 280 aircraft in the total purchase orders, aiming to enhance growth and expansion plans for the coming years.
