Cabinet Approves State Revenue System and Introduces Training Visa for International Trainees

The Cabinet, during its meeting today in Jeddah chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, approved the State Revenue System. It also approved the introduction of a training visa for international trainees, according to a number of arrangements, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency. The Cabinet also authorized the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development—or his delegate—to negotiate with the Armenian side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the fields of labor and social protection between the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and to sign it. Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan said via his X account that the Cabinet’s approval of the update to the State Revenue System reflects the leadership’s commitment to developing the financial system and enhancing the efficiency of government revenue management, and to consolidating the principles of governance and fiscal discipline, thereby contributing to supporting fiscal sustainability and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
