Al Yamamah Steel subsidiary signs contract with specialized European company worth 270 million riyals

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company announced that its subsidiary "Al Yamamah for Reinforcing Steel" (a closed joint-stock company with independent legal personality) signed a contract for the manufacture, supply, and installation of steel billet production equipment with a specialized European company equivalent to 270 million riyals.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the contract duration is two and a half years, adding that the financial impact of the contract is expected to appear in the second half of 2028. It added that the announcement was made in accordance with the requirements and limits of disclosure and transparency in commitment to disclose all material and financial information while maintaining the protection of trade secrets and competitive advantages that may harm the interests of the company and its shareholders.
