The Professional Literature Association, through its ambassadors in Al-Namas, in cooperation with the municipality, organized a cultural dialogue meeting hosted by Dr. Dhafir bin Habib Al-Omari, former director of education, and moderated by Saad Othman Al-Omari.

During the meeting, the guest reviewed milestones in his life and educational career, starting from his studies at the scientific institute, noting his early distinction among peers and his teachers' appreciation, and he praised several of his teachers from various educational stages, both Saudis and Arabs.

Al-Omari touched on images of struggle in his career, including walking on foot from the Bani Amr center to Al-Namas to reach school. He then reviewed his successive administrative stages from administrative to educational work, culminating in assuming the position of Director of Education in Al-Namas Governorate in 1417 AH.

The guest revealed the most prominent challenges he faced, foremost among them reducing the number of rented buildings in favor of government buildings, and opening schools in villages with low student density. He also discussed his management philosophy based on containment and delegating authority to department heads with follow-up and accountability in case of shortcomings.

Al-Omari pointed to a remarkable achievement by Al-Namas education affiliates: they ranked first in the Kingdom in enrollment in training and completion of postgraduate studies, despite limited numbers and small geographical area.

The meeting witnessed a notable attendance that contributed with rich interventions. The attendees thanked the godfather of the meeting, Dhafir Al-Jubairi, head of Al-Namas ambassadors representing the Literature Association. Among the attendees were association member Abdulhadi Saleh, and among its ambassadors, Dr. Abdullah Al-Qarni and Abdullah Shaher.

The meeting concluded with the presentation of certificates of thanks and appreciation to the guest and organizers. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Asbali participated in the honoring.
