Professor and medical research scientist Fahd Al-Khudairi presented 10 tips for achieving a healthy lifestyle.

He indicated via his account on X platform that these tips include:

1 - Organize your sleep.

2 - Stay away from anxiety, stress, and overthinking.

3 - Allocate time for relaxation, meaning for dhikr (remembrance of God), prayer, seeking forgiveness, supplication, and reading the Quran.

4 - Reconsider the nature and types of your food.

5 - Drastically reduce or eliminate wheat bread and use a mixture of various whole grains.

6 - Diversify your food. Meaning you must and should have a composition of food (vegetable and fruit salad, nuts, honey, eggs, beans, lentils, a little milk and cheese, and take a little of everything).

7 - And vary and alternate types of food. Until you find something that does not cause you gas and colon issues.

8 - Also regulate your sleep times and sleep at least 8 hours a day. 9 - Never be constipated. You must solve it by drinking water, fiber, vegetables, and plenty of salad.

10 - Do not delay going to the bathroom to empty your colon.
