Dr. Nabeel Al-Qarni, consultant orthopedic oncology surgeon, said that sometimes abnormal growth occurs in bone cells, leading to tumor spread.

He added during an interview with Al-Saudia channel that bone tumors are rare and account for no more than 1% of body tumors.

Al-Qarni pointed out that early detection of bone cancer is of great importance in the treatment journey.

Al-Qarni noted that pain due to injury or exertion has a specific cause, and the pain is continuous for a limited period and improves with time and painkillers, but if the pain persists for long periods, one should consult a specialist doctor.
