120 Young Men and Women Trained for Tourism Job Market in Al-Ahsa
The Al-Ahsa Tourism Cooperative Association has qualified 120 young men and women to enter the tourism job market through a specialized training workshop in cooperation with the Social Development Bank, aimed at enhancing their professional skills and supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The association organized the workshop as part of the 'Tourism Makers 2026' program, under the title 'Job Search Skills in the Tourism Sector,' which lasted for two days.

The event saw participation from human resources consultants from the Al-Ahsa Competencies Association for Human Capacity Development, in cooperation with 'Jada 30' affiliated with the bank.
Practical skills
The workshop aimed to enable university students and those interested in the tourism sector to understand the requirements of the growing job market. The program helped participants acquire practical skills, including resume preparation, building a professional identity, and preparing to successfully pass personal interviews. The association, named 'Malfana,' explained that the initiative is part of its programs aimed at preparing a generation of qualified national competencies.

It noted that these steps support investment in human capital and building effective partnerships between different sectors. The association called on various entities to join as partners in its initiatives to achieve a sustainable developmental impact that supports the national economy. The association's president, Shaker Al-Aliou, emphasized that the success of these initiatives clearly reflects 'the importance of integration among national institutions,' adding that the sustainability of these programs requires expanding the circle of partnerships and community support from government entities, donors, and businessmen. He explained that partnerships contribute to providing training programs and professional opportunities that support Al-Ahsa's position as a destination for tourism human resource development.
