Four students from the General Administration of Education in the Riyadh region won silver and bronze medals and a certificate of appreciation during their participation in three specialized international olympiads for the year 2026: the International Chemistry Olympiad, the International Biology Olympiad, and the International Mathematics Olympiad.

At the individual level, student Ali Ahmed Bawazir won the silver medal in the International Chemistry Olympiad 2026, while students Hamza Baessa and Faisal Al Abdulatif won the bronze medal and certificate of appreciation in the International Biology Olympiad 2026. Student Fares Al-Kanhal also won the bronze medal in the International Mathematics Olympiad 2026.

On this occasion, the Director General of Education in the Riyadh region, Dr. Naif bin Abed Al-Zaree, congratulated the winning students, their families, and the administrative and educational staff in their schools, praising the level of excellence of Riyadh education students in national, regional, and international forums.
