His Excellency Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced on Thursday the completion of work on the 'Boulevard Business Park' project, the first entertainment headquarters and business resort in the Kingdom.

His Excellency Advisor Turki Al-Sheikh said in a statement: 'Praise be to God, with God's grace, and with the support of my master the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God preserve him, and His Highness my master the Crown Prince, our inspiring leader and godfather of the vision, may God preserve him, the Boulevard Business Park project, the first entertainment headquarters and business resort in the Kingdom, has been completed with an investment exceeding one billion riyals.'

Adding: 'The project includes 9 office buildings with rental spaces exceeding 60,000 square meters, in addition to commercial spaces, headquarters for companies, co-working spaces, and more than 1,300 parking spaces, in partnership with Hay Real Estate Development, in cooperation with REQ Real Estate Fund - French Capital, and managed and operated by Sela Company.'

His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority concluded his statement by saying: 'The determination of Saudis knows no bounds or limits, and what is coming, God willing, is greater.'

Al-Sheikh had announced in August 2024 the launch of the 'Boulevard Business Park' project within the 'Boulevard City' area, as the first phase of the urban plan to redesign and organize the 'Boulevard District' area in partnership with the private sector.
