Completion of Boulevard Business Park Project in Riyadh with Investments Exceeding SAR 1 Billion

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority, Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Al-Sheikh, announced the completion of the Boulevard Business Park project, the first entertainment hub and business resort in the Kingdom, with investments exceeding SAR 1 billion. According to the Authority's Chairman via platform X, the facility includes 9 office buildings with over 60,000 square meters of leasable space, more than 1,300 parking spaces, along with commercial areas and headquarters for companies. The project also features creative spaces for meetings and events, combining business, hospitality, and services in an integrated entertainment destination, through a national partnership between Sela and Hay Real Estate Development and French Capital, managed and operated by Hay Company. According to Argaam data, the Boulevard Business Park project was launched in August 2024 within the “Boulevard City” area, as the first phase of the urban plan to redesign and reorganize the “Boulevard District” in partnership with the private sector.
