The Ministry explained that the service allows obtaining a license to use a groundwater source (well), according to specific priorities including basic human needs, livestock watering, agricultural, urban, and industrial activities, in addition to environmental balance requirements.

Verification of retrieved data

Filling in application data

Attaching required documents if any

Reviewing data and submitting the application

Receiving a reference number to track the application status.

The Ministry stressed the necessity of adhering to the regulatory conditions for the service, including submitting a license renewal application three months before its expiration, not using groundwater sources for purposes other than those licensed, and applying for a use license within 30 days of completing the drilling of any new or replacement well.
