The branch of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in the Makkah region has offered an investment opportunity to develop and operate Wadi Hali Park in Al-Qunfudhah governorate, covering an area exceeding 656,000 square meters, with an investment period of up to 25 years, aiming to enhance investment in environmental and tourism sites and raise the quality of services provided to visitors. The opportunity includes developing and operating recreational, tourist, and service facilities, including picnic and seating areas, restaurants and cafes, children's play areas, green spaces, and public facilities, contributing to improving visitor experience and attracting picnickers and tourists. The Director General of the ministry's branch in the Makkah region, Eng. Walid bin Ibrahim Al Daghas, stressed that the offering comes as part of the branch's efforts to enable the private sector to invest in environmental sites and parks, and to capitalize on the region's natural endowments, supporting tourism and economic development in Al-Qunfudhah governorate, and providing a sustainable recreational and tourist destination. He invited investors and entrepreneurs to review the details of the opportunity and compete for it through the "Furas" platform, in accordance with the relevant regulations and controls.
