The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program, under the "Wa'ed" track, announced the opening of applications for four employment-initiated scholarship programs in cooperation with Adira Hospitality and Sarb Business Holding, aimed at preparing national cadres specialized in the hospitality sector through study in France and Switzerland, with employment opportunities after graduation.

Applications begin on July 19, 2026, and the application period will continue until July 23 or 30, depending on the program.

The programs offered include the following:

Intermediate Technical Vocational Diploma in Culinary Arts in cooperation with Adira Hospitality, held at École Ducasse in France for 8 months, with studies starting in February 2027, and applications open until July 30, 2026.

Higher Technical Vocational Diploma in Advanced Studies in Food and Beverage Management in cooperation with Adira Hospitality, held at Les Roches Institute in Switzerland for 12 months, with studies starting in October 2026, and applications close on July 30, 2026.

Higher Technical Vocational Diploma in Advanced Studies in Food and Beverage Management in cooperation with Sarb Business Holding, also held at Les Roches in Switzerland for 12 months, with studies starting in October 2026, and applications close on July 23, 2026.

Intermediate Technical Vocational Diploma in Culinary Arts in cooperation with Sarb Business Holding, held at École Ducasse in France for 8 months, with studies starting in February 2027, and applications open until July 23, 2026.

The programs require applicants to be of Saudi nationality, of good conduct, and to study full-time with residence in the country of scholarship, in addition to passing the selection criteria specific to each entity.

Also required is a minimum score of 5.5 in IELTS or equivalent, in addition to the required academic qualification for each program—either a high school diploma for culinary arts programs or a diploma degree or higher for food and beverage management programs—with equivalency of certificates issued outside the Kingdom.

These programs come in support of the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to qualify national competencies in the tourism and hospitality sector and provide international educational pathways directly linked to employment opportunities in national companies, thus contributing to meeting the needs of a sector experiencing rapid growth with the expansion of tourism and hotel projects within the Kingdom.
