General / "Nusk 'Inaya" Centers: An Integrated System to Serve the Guests of the Merciful Around the Clock

Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Safar 08, 1448 AH corresponding to July 22, 2026, SPA – The "Nusk 'Inaya" centers represent the field front of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in providing direct services to the Guests of the Merciful, through an integrated system of guidance services for the lost, answering inquiries and complaints, missing persons reports, and the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" applications, contributing to enriching the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers, and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of the Merciful Service Program. The Ministry explained that the "Nusk 'Inaya" centers are spread in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, in addition to the holy sites during the Hajj season, and locations with high density of the Guests of the Merciful, and operate around the clock, through qualified national staff speaking several languages, in addition to sign language, along with integration with government agencies, the private sector, and the non-profit sector, to enhance service quality and rapid response to beneficiaries' needs. It added that the centers provide a wide package of services for the individuals and business sectors. The individuals sector includes guidance and direction service, answering inquiries, receiving complaints, dealing with missing persons cases, supporting beneficiaries in using the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" applications, as well as enrichment services. The business sector located at the ministry's headquarters includes accreditation services for housing service providers and receiving their inquiries, to enhance integration among various parties in the Guests of the Merciful service system. The Ministry pointed out that the "Nusk 'Inaya" centers provided during the Hajj season of 1447 AH more than 600,000 services through 41 centers, including more than 297,000 enrichment services, more than 193,000 guidance services, more than 53,000 inquiry services, in addition to more than 34,000 services related to the "Nusk" application, more than 5,000 health services, along with services dedicated to the business sector amounting to 281 services, reflecting the diversity of services provided by the centers to meet the needs of the Guests of the Merciful at various stages of their journey. The "Nusk 'Inaya" centers witnessed during the Hajj season of 1447 AH the implementation of a number of developmental initiatives, including qualifying human cadres, developing the unified guidance system, improving the operational readiness of the centers, expanding cooperation with partner entities, and implementing health awareness programs; aiming to raise performance efficiency and enhance the quality of services provided to the Guests of the Merciful. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that the "Nusk 'Inaya" centers continue to develop their services and raise their operational readiness, through qualifying human cadres, expanding partnerships, and developing digital systems and services.
