The "Nusk Care" centers affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah provided over 600,000 services during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, through 41 centers spread across Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and the holy sites, operating around the clock with qualified national staff who speak multiple languages, including sign language.

The ministry revealed that the services provided included more than 297,000 enrichment services, over 193,000 guidance and direction services, more than 53,000 responses to inquiries, in addition to over 34,000 services related to the "Nusk" application, more than 5,000 health services, and 281 services dedicated to the business sector.

These centers represent the ministry's field interface in providing direct services to pilgrims, as their services include guiding lost individuals, receiving complaints and inquiries, handling missing person reports, and supporting beneficiaries in using the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" applications.

In the business sector, the centers located at the ministry's headquarters provide accreditation services for housing service providers and receive their inquiries, enhancing integration among various parties in the pilgrim service ecosystem.

The Hajj season 1447 AH witnessed the implementation of several development initiatives in these centers, including training of human cadres, developing the unified guidance system, enhancing operational readiness, expanding cooperation with government, private, and non-profit partner entities, in addition to implementing health awareness programs.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that the "Nusk Care" centers continue to develop their services and raise their operational readiness by qualifying cadres, expanding partnerships, and developing digital systems, to elevate the experience of pilgrims from their arrival to the Kingdom until their departure, and contribute to achieving the goals of Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Service Program.
