The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stated that 'Nusk 'Inayah' centers represent its field interface in providing direct services to pilgrims, through an integrated system of guidance and orientation services for lost persons, answering inquiries, complaints, missing person reports, and the Nusk and Tawakkalna applications, thereby enriching the experience of Hajj and Umrah performers and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of the Most Gracious Service Program.

The ministry explained that 'Nusk 'Inayah' centers are located in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, in addition to the holy sites during the Hajj season, and areas with high density of pilgrims, operating around the clock through qualified national staff speaking multiple languages, in addition to sign language, and integrating with government entities, the private sector, and the non-profit sector, enhancing service quality and response speed to beneficiaries' needs.

And added that the centers offer a wide range of services for individuals and business sectors. The individuals sector includes guidance and orientation, answering inquiries, receiving complaints, handling missing persons cases, supporting beneficiaries in using the 'Nusk' and 'Tawakkalna' applications, as well as enrichment services. The business sector, located at the ministry's headquarters, includes accrediting housing service providers and receiving their inquiries, to enhance integration among all parties of the Guests of the Most Gracious service system. The ministry pointed out that 'Nusk 'Inayah' centers provided during the Hajj season of 1447 AH more than 600,000 services across 41 centers, including over 297,000 enrichment services, over 193,000 guidance services, over 53,000 inquiry services, more than 34,000 services related to the 'Nusk' application, over 5,000 health services, in addition to 281 services dedicated to the business sector, reflecting the diversity of services provided by the centers to meet the needs of pilgrims at various stages of their journey.

During the Hajj season of 1447 AH, 'Nusk 'Inayah' centers also witnessed the implementation of several developmental initiatives, including qualifying human cadres, developing the unified guidance system, enhancing the operational readiness of centers, expanding cooperation with partner entities, and implementing health awareness programs, aiming to raise performance efficiency and improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that 'Nusk 'Inayah' centers continue to develop their services and enhance their operational readiness by qualifying human cadres, expanding partnerships, and developing digital systems and services, in order to improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims and elevate their experience from arrival in the Kingdom until departure.
