The General Secretariat of Zakat, Tax and Customs Committees has launched an application for chairpersons and members of the committees, a step aimed at enabling them to carry out their judicial work efficiently and effectively through a unified digital platform, thereby contributing to raising performance efficiency, accelerating procedures, and improving user experience.

The application offers an integrated package of digital services that enable chairpersons and members of the committees to accomplish their work with ease and convenience. Through it, they can view details of cases and their documents, check judicial session dates, follow session minutes in real time as they are drafted, and approve decisions electronically, in addition to monitoring the performance of the circuit and the tasks assigned to each member, which enhances speed of completion, supports decision-making, and raises the efficiency of workflow.

The launch of the application is an extension of the General Secretariat's ongoing efforts to invest in modern technologies to develop digital services, by providing a more flexible and efficient judicial work environment that enables chairpersons and members of the committees to perform their tasks anytime and anywhere.

The application embodies the General Secretariat's direction towards building an integrated digital judicial system, contributing to facilitating the beneficiaries' journey by providing distinguished digital services, improving the quality of judicial work, enhancing the efficiency of procedures and operational processes, in addition to supporting the speedy resolution of cases, thereby enhancing the experience of clients and keeping pace with the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the field of digital transformation.
