The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan today condemned the attack launched by the Houthi militia using ballistic missiles targeting the southern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, considering it a blatant violation of Saudi sovereignty, a threat to its security, stability, and territorial integrity, as well as a dangerous escalation and a flagrant breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed in a statement Jordan's absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its standing alongside it in all measures and steps it takes to protect its sovereignty and security, and to ensure the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory.
