Log in to the Absher Individuals platform website.

Select the issue sailing permit service.

Specify the permit type (fishing).

Fill in the required data.

Select the marine vessel.

Issuing a sailing permit requires that the vessel's operating license and the captain's driving license be valid. The nature of the vessel's work must match the permit type.
