The General Directorate of Narcotics Control arrested a violator of the border security system of Ethiopian nationality in the Al-Baha region, after he was involved in promoting the narcotic substances hashish and methamphetamine (Shabu).

The Directorate stated that the violator was apprehended, legal procedures were completed against him, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution.

The General Directorate of Narcotics Control called on the public to report any information about drug smugglers or promoters by calling (995), or (911) in the regions of Makkah, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or (999) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions, or via email ([[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])), stressing that all reports are treated with complete confidentiality, without any liability on the informant.
