A responsible military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army, announced that the armed forces dealt last night and this Tuesday morning with five drones launched from Iran towards Jordanian airspace.

The source explained that the drones were neutralized with efficiency and accuracy, according to the operational situation requirements and the adopted defensive procedures, noting that the operation did not result in any human injuries or material damage.

The source confirmed that the armed forces continue to monitor Jordanian airspace and maintain full operational readiness, taking all necessary measures to deal with any aerial object that poses a threat to the security of the Kingdom and the safety of its citizens, according to the applicable rules of engagement.
