Advisor to the Yemeni Ministry of Information Dr. Aref Abu Hatim confirmed that the return of the Houthi delegation's plane from Tehran to Sana'a International Airport violated established procedures.

Abu Hatim added, during his meeting on the program "Here Riyadh" broadcast on Al-Ekhbariya channel, that the return of this plane without prior coordination with the legitimate government may make it a legitimate target, considering it a violation of approved procedures.

He continued that the previous step, represented by Iran's lack of coordination with the Yemeni government and the coalition, constitutes a violation of official procedures and an infringement on Yemeni sovereignty, noting that the coalition's statement on this matter was issued in firm language.

The Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council affirmed that the government and armed forces will take all political, diplomatic, and military measures guaranteed by the constitution and international law to prevent any new attempt to violate the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen or impose a fait accompli by operating Iranian flights to Sana'a Airport outside the approved legal frameworks, holding Iran and the Houthi militias fully responsible for any repercussions that may result from the continuation of these violations.
