Abu Dhabi, September 11 / WAM / The UAE Team ADQ, the first professional women's cycling team in the UAE, announced the addition of three cyclists to the team, in preparation for participating in races and tours of the 2024 season. The team signed two new contracts with Tereza Neumanová and Dominika Włodarczyk, who will join the professional team, as well as a contract with young rider Federica Venturelli, who will join the continental junior team. Tereza Neumanová (25 years old) holds Czech nationality and has a rich record of championships, most notably the Tour de Suisse and the Vuelta a Burgos.

The second rider is Dominika Włodarczyk (22 years old) from Poland, who has achieved multiple victories and stood on the podium, most notably the Giro di Toscana and the Watersley Challenge.

Also joining the continental team is Federica Venturelli, the junior world champion and winner of the UCI Junior Women's World Cup.

Federica has achieved a number of gold and silver medals in various championships in the junior category.
